These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Flow2C (“Service”), a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides analytics based on GitHub Issue metadata. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Account Registration
- To use Flow2C, you must authenticate via your GitHub account.
- Each GitHub account may register one Flow2C account.
- Use by organizations or teams is permitted, provided each user has a valid GitHub identity.
- Flow2C is not intended for individuals under the age of 13.
2. Service Description
Flow2C enables software development teams to analyze GitHub repository metadata, including metrics such as Lead Time and Cycle Time. The Service processes only metadata (e.g. issue titles, timestamps, labels) from repositories explicitly selected by the user. Flow2C does not access or store issue content, comments, or contributor identities.
3. Use of Generated Content
Users may freely use, share, and publish the visualizations and metrics generated by Flow2C for personal, educational, or commercial purposes. No attribution is required, but we appreciate it when you mention Flow2C!
4. Subscription & Payment
- Flow2C operates on a monthly subscription model.
- The first 30 days are free of charge.
- After the trial period, the subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled.
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds for partial billing periods are not provided.
5. Data Handling & Privacy
- Flow2C stores project and issue metadata to enable historical analysis.
- All stored data is deleted automatically 30 days after account cancellation.
- You may request deletion of your data at any time via email or our contact form.

6. Availability & Changes to the Service
- We regularly update and improve Flow2C.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
- Significant changes will be communicated in advance when possible.
- No specific uptime guarantee (SLA) is provided at this stage.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
- Flow2C provides analytics based on GitHub data. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the results.
- You are responsible for verifying the correctness of your GitHub data.
- We are not liable for any decisions made based on the analytics provided by the Service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Erlangen, Germany.
