About Flow2C

The name Flow2C carries more than just letters — it reflects the core of what we believe great teams need:

  • Flow to See
Because visibility is the first step toward meaningful change. We help teams surface what matters.
  • Flow to Clarity
Because clarity fuels focus. Our tools reduce noise and highlight what drives progress.
  • Flow to Collaborate
Because true flow happens together. We empower teams to reflect, align, and grow.

Flow2C is more than a product. It’s a mindset for teams who want to move forward with purpose.

Flow2C helps Scrum Masters and agile teams get the clarity GitHub alone doesn’t provide — with metrics that turn raw data into actionable insights.

Hi, I’m Andreas, Software developer, DevOps enthusiast, and the creator of Flow2C.

I’ve spent years working in tech, from startups to enterprise environments in Erlangen and Nuremberg, and now at DATEV. What’s always driven me is the power of data to make development better. I’m a huge fan of the DevOps Report and the DORA metrics, especially Lead Time and Cycle Time.

Like many Scrum Masters and developers, I struggled with missing metrics in GitHub. I knew how powerful Lead Time and Cycle Time could be, but they simply weren’t available.

That gap became the reason I built Flow2C.

It started with a number that changed everything.

When I began setting up multi-project management at HOTEL DE, my first instinct was to measure. I wanted to know: how long does it actually take from “Let’s do this” to the moment a customer sees results?

A few weeks later, I had the number: 232 days. Two hundred thirty-two. For a web company, that’s an eternity.

That number changed everything. It was concrete, uncomfortable and revealed what had been invisible. With it in hand, I got the mandate to make a difference. I teamed up with project leads and developers, and we began improving processes, shortening loops, and building momentum.

That’s when I fell in love with metrics. Not as control instruments, but as invitations to change. Metrics illuminate what’s hidden. They give teams the clarity to grow, and the courage to act.

That number changed everything. And today, Flow2C makes it easy for any team to uncover such insights.

What Flow2C Does

Flow2C is a lightweight analytics tool that helps software teams measure how they work, using the GitHub data they already have. You log in with GitHub, select the projects you want to analyze, and instantly get metrics like Lead & Cycle Time, Bottlenecks, Burndown & Burnup, and Velocity & Forecasting, all directly from GitHub.

Who It’s For

Flow2C is built for:

  • Scrum Masters: bring real data into retrospectives
  • Developers: see where work gets stuck
  • Project Managers: track delivery pace and scope
  • Transformation Coaches: visualize benefits of change
  • Agile Coaches: measure improvements across teams

If you care about improving your process and want to know whether your changes actually work, Flow2C gives you the visibility you need.

Why I Built It

I built Flow2C because I believe tools should be simple, privacy-first, and focused on clarity. Metrics are giving teams the confidence to improve their ways of working, by providing clarity and insights.

What Flow2C does today

Flow2C has grown from a personal need into a tool that helps Scrum Masters and agile teams worldwide. With Flow2C you can measure what GitHub alone doesn’t provide:

Flow2C is GitHub-native, requires no setup, and respects your data privacy. It’s the easiest way to get the metrics your team needs.
